Founded in 1973 in the heart of Auckland, Peter Hay Kitchens Ltd is one of oldest and best-known kitchen brands in New Zealand. From 1973 to now, we have followed the vision of our founder, Peter Hay, who set out to adapt the European design model and apply it to New Zealand.
For more than 50 years, Peter Hay has continued to bring “affordable style”, transforming kitchens from humble backrooms into open plan “heart of the home” living spaces. Our successful history has included many significant achievements, Trusted Brand Awards, The Best Of Best Awards and likely the most significant achievement, the successful install of a world-first production line in 2016.
The company adopts the latest in advanced Batch Size One techniques. The on-site showroom and manufacturing link is the key. Consultants can get on the shop floor and talk through every job with our production staff. It is this link which is vital in achieving a well-made product.
